Our Story

GREG HOUSE

Gregory T. House has been actively involved in creating inspired living and work spaces for over three decades. He has worked in Hawaii, California, and Arkansas (for the last 25 years) as an investor, developer and general contractor. Greg's real estate experience also extends from over 20 years as a licensed broker and attorney. With a focus on downtown mixed use, historical renovation and infill, House's Fayetteville projects include The Three Sisters on Dickson Street, The Bakery Building, The Laundry Building, The Rollston Building, The Campbell Avenue Terrace Condominiums, and Charleston Place, a traditional neighborhood development. Greg has assembled a stellar team of architects, designers, developers and business executives to complement and maintain the successful reputation Houses, Inc. has earned.

BEVERLY ANN BLOCK

Beverly Block, Greg's wife and business partner, is the artistic muse for each Houses, Inc. project. With a degree in Fine Arts and over 25 years of involvement in Northwest Arkansas real estate, Beverly brings to the team experience in sales, historic renovations, construction, property management and development. For more than two decades Beverly has been the primary designer for Houses, Inc. Beverly brings a knowledgeable and discerning eye to each and every detail of both the interior and exterior finishes of each project. Beverly is a third generation Arkansas real estate broker, whose family owned Block Realty, which was one of the largest real estate firms in the state for more than 50 years.

ALAN M. MATUS

Alan Matus is CEO of The Trump Group, the developer of Williams Island, a renowned 80-acre community on the Intracoastal Waterways in Aventura, Florida which is comprised of eight luxury high-rise condominium buildings and three five-story mid-rise buildings, totaling nearly 2,000 individual condo residences. GARY N. MANSFIELD

Gary Mansfield, an attorney, has been involved in the investment management business for more than 20 years. Gary has served as a senior executive and member of the board of directors of several publicly-traded companies in both the healthcare and specialty retail sectors. Gary has owned and managed office, residential and multi-family properties for a number of years, and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Arkansas.

MARCIA SMITH

Marcia Smith is the proprietor and lead designer of Designs by M Smith, one of Fayetteville's premier boutique design firms. Mrs. Smith has worked in the Northwest Arkansas region for over a decade and is noted for her work with architects, builders, and individuals. Finding not just what's right for a project, but what is right for the client is a hallmark of her design. Marcia's prodigious designs may be seen in various projects including Segraves, Lafayette Lofts, The Willow Avenue Apartment Homes, The Ozark Theater, The Campbell Bell Building, and numerous private engagements. Her latest project, Maison Sequoyah, is a planned unit development emphasizing French country flavor.

CASEY SARKIN

Casey Sarkin is an Arkansas native and graduate of the University of Arkansas. Casey brings to the team over 20 years of experience: as a business owner, in real estate sales and new construction development, and, in the last four years, as a recognized Interior Designer of residential and commercial projects.

ROBERT SHARP ARCHITECT, INC.

Robert Sharp Architect, Inc. (RSA) was founded in 1998 to serve the needs of clients, home owners, and the communities in which they live. The firm takes pride in designing substantial and efficient houses and buildings that are an intelligent use of the client's resources. The firm also recognizes that they must help create an uplifting, well crafted, and energetic living environment. RSA approaches each project by partnering with the client and forming a team that includes not only the architect and engineers, but also a reputable general contractor. The architectural staff of Robert Sharp Architect, Inc. has had experience with multiple downtown condominium projects.

Humphreys & Partners (HPA) is an award-winning, nationally recognized full-service architectural firm with ongoing projects in over 40 states. Their staff of over 100 includes Project Architects, CADD Architects, Land Planners, and Interior Designers. HPA is currently designing a wide range of projects in markets across the country. The firm's headquarters are in Dallas, with regional offices located in Orlando, Las Vegas, Charlotte, Irvine and Norfolk.
